Throughout this tour you will visit the biggest tourist attractions in the Carpathian mountains, not far from Bucharest. You will also visit the historical centre of Brasov city and the Poiana Brasov resort.


The tour can be scheduled for any day of the week, except Monday and Tuesday when the castles are closed.


The price does not include fees for tourist attractions ( about 10 euro/person), or lunch and dinner in Brasov.

The first day - arriving in Bucharest

The arrival in Bucharest- transfer from the airport and check-in at the Reginetta Hotel- relaxation after the flight

Optional, you could visit the Observatory.
 

The Observatory has the the following opening times for visitors:
- the visit to the astronomical exhibition and solar observations can be done on:
Tuesday - Friday between 14:00 and 18:00
- night time observations are available on:
Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 to 22:00
- the planetarium can be visited on :
Friday and Saturday from 19:30
Last visitor is allowed until 21:45



The second day - On the way to Brasov there will be a visit at Peles Castle, the most beautiful castle in Romania.
Also, close by, you can see the Pelisor Castle. It was decorated by Queen Maria and used to be the regal house.

The next is Bran Castle. Its construction began in 1378, the builders used stone and wood brought from "Magura Branului" ( "The Bran's Hillock"). The castle was built for protection but also for commercial purposes.

Leaving for Brasov- The town has been named "the Romanian Salzburg" due to its location at the foot of the Tampa mountain (part of the Carpathian chain). Here you can experience traditional Romanian customs and culture, visiting the Bran Castle,in the evening the check in and dinner at the "Bran Villa"
 

The 3rd day

- in the morning, the visit of the medieval town Brasov
- short tour of the centre of Brasov, stopping at the Advice Square ( Piata Sfatului) near the Black Church. This is located in the heart of the country, in the Brasov Hallow, at 625m high.
- admiring the view by cable railway

On the way to Bucharest, through Targoviste, the following can be seen:
- a group of 15-17th century monuments, called the Princely Court
-the Chindia Tower ( related to Dracula's legend)
- the Princely Church ( holds the Brancoveanu art collection)
- the Princely Cellars of 16th century
- St Friday's Church ( there is an impressive sacred images(icons) collection inside )
- a Vlad Tepes (Dracula) legend presentation
- leaving for Bucharest


- 20 : 00 arriving in Bucharest



The 4th day
7 :00 - 9: 30 am - breakfast
