Check in is available from 2 pm.
For clients who wish to check in before 2 pm, we have a luggage room they can use.
If the customer would like to ceck-in starting 10.00 am ,and the room is available,there will be a 15 euro charge.
The check out has to be done by 12 noon.
A late check out is possible if the room is still available. There will be a 15 Euro charge.
Children and supplementary beds
Up until the age of 12, children can be accommodated in the same room with their parents, free of charge. You can book supplementary beds or cribs for them.
Cancelling a booking
There will be no charges for cancelling the bookings within 2 days of the arrival date.
If the booking is not cancelled in time there will be a fee deducted ,which consists of the first accommodation day's rate.
Credit cards
We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. We are sorry but American Express is not accepted.
Payment for services will be at check-in or it Gold Card holders for clients of our hotel,at check-out.
For long term accommodation on arrangements to accept payment in advance aparthotel or prepayment is accepted money order or bank transfer.
Hotel reserves the righ to verity of credit card.
